I disagree :-)

This was the first Buddhist book I ever read & almost everyone in my local Buddhism discussion group loves this & rates it as a favorite.  I have all her others, but I always go back & can read this one again & again.

Pema Chodron's Weakest Book

at least in my view 'wisdom of no escape' is FAR better and so is 'start where you are'. would HIGHLY recommend either of those. this one would be better than nothing probably, but certainly not as profound for me.
