Another Pema Chodron Classic

this book and “Wisdom of No Escape” are my two favorites by her. both were instrumental at a pivotal point in my life of reconfiguring my thinking. profound thoughts on emotional and consciousness navigation. friends and i have called her the goddess of rough times. transformative work. i definitely prefer this book and wisdom of no escape to her book 'when things fall apart' which i think of as her weakest book (but has a great title).
