Regarding Dawkins:

The spiral view is about vmemetic complex adaptive processes. Thats far more than Dawkins can provide. In the extensions, modiifcations and evolution of Clare Graves work Dr. Don Beck has added massive experience and insights regarding large scale systems change.

He was offered by APA (American Psycholical Association) to establish a complete new branche of Large Scale Psychology into mainstream academia.

And Spiral Dynamics Integral is a quintessential integral part of ANY integral concept for me. However, long practice and guidance from core group members is needed to understand teh specific use of 4Q/8L in Sdi.

Its NOT identical with the AQAL approach offered by others. Its a very dynamic approach to grasp the center of the multi-layered vortes of the spiral .
