Exactly eight years ago I was lying in a hospital waiting to undergo a small operation. All I could think of was the emotional pain after breaking up with my girlfriend. Shortly after I stumbled upon this book in an old flea market. Maybe it was the pictures or the laid-back hippie tone that appealed to me; I can't really tell. But I'm so glad I did buy the book: besides giving me immense relief it helped me to see the only way I could heal my pain and make my peace with myself, Love, God: by being honest. And what a way that is. To quote bejamin Franklin: “There are three things extremely hard: steel, a diamond, and to know one's self.”  This one helped me to get that wheel in motion; not in order to reinvent it but to make some use of it for myself. In essence, to feel the pain of self-knowledge instead of self-ignorance.
