You must read this book!

I first read this book before I understood much of it said, but it resonated for me and I took some of it to heart. Now years later it has become almost a manual that I try to live my life by which I have read time and time again. It gives simple explanations to meditation and compassion that anyone can understand and embrace. If you have not read this book I urge you to read it and share it with everyone you know. And the picture of H.H. on the cover is also one of my faves of him. I just need to glance at the cover and his infectious smile immediately warms me.
