As I see It

A practicum for life. Not only  wisdom but the explanation and results of the wisdom prescribed. My prescription would be:  take one reading with a glass of water then call me in the morning.

Brilliant!

In many ways, this book tells it as it is. If you ever had that feeling of your world view being turned upside down by one single event, then get ready- this may be another one of those instances! The book is not only incredibly wise, but also very funny to read. I've come back to it many times; both for wisdom and for enjoyment. Totally recommended!

Like Cold Water Thrown At Ya!

Anthony tells it like it is, with humor and realism.  He was a Jesuit Priest from India whose teachings drew on wisdom from many spiritualities and religions and, as such, was at one time banned by the Catholic Church.   If you like koans, check out his other books as well - you'll love them!
