introducing myself ("echo" alias michel) as co moderator of HSP

foreigner said May 10, 11:32 PM:

Hi,
check my “pedigree” in my profile page, or go to the HSP for my introduction. I want to add here my experience as a networker. Professionally I'm active in HR. I'm a netweaver: I have 2 e-networks running on a Ning plaform, I've made myself responsable for a e- and informal network about HR since more then 10 yrs now, and am active in at least 2 associations  .. So I have real experience about animating and thriving networks and gatherings.
And as I'm gifted with an HSP I  want perfection for all, incluidng myself  :-). So don't manage your eventual criticism, as long as I can learn from it, I'll cope with …:)

Welcome, dear Echo.

Pleasure to have such a colorful and multi-talented being on-board.

–And I hope you do not mind:  I have injected links to the HSP group in your initial post.  I expect many will wish to join.

Welcome echo to Gaia Groups Community - “The Mod Pod”

As a mod of the of HSP group, we look forward to knowing about your group and what you would like from us to help get your group expanded upon.

You have been recommended here by Siona but we are all as mods here to help on what is needed.  It is wonderful for us to find out more about HSP and sharing with all of the mods effective methods that we can all work together having a greater understanding.  For English being your third language your communication is interpreted quite well, but its an important thing to mention on Gaia since we are multilingual on Mother Earth. Thanks for joining here.

Welcome Echo! I enjoyed reading your profile.

The main problem with discovering new groups via introductions here is that I keep seeing groups I *must* join… So too with the HSP group! I do need to figure out how to clone myself.

Love,
Sandra

hello Sandra,
I think you hit the nail : I want to clone myself all the time.
Because one of my always boomeranging problems in life and work is ..how can I avoid to choose for once and for all..
I think it is a trait of HSP but I  don't know. There is a dutch saying (my mother tongue) that sounds like “choosing is loosing”. What a weight it is indeed…I'll start a thread about this…to attract you in… even if you come by your clone..
love,
michel
PS I have a choice connected problem : the management of my time. Sounds familiar?

Waaay too familiar!

I hate making choices. I felt some relief about this when discovered the Human Design System according to which I'm the sort of person who actually needs to take ages to make a choice - sometimes even weeks :-) Sounds like this chat should be part of the thread you are going to start. I'm offline from tomorrow until early June.. so…. please drop me an email in June to remind me to come and join? I'd really appreciate that!

Love,
Sandra

I feel the same way as you, Sandra! I even wonder if most on Gaia would fall into the HSP experience!

dear Meenakski,
well I'm all with you in your wondering.. I had that idea too. Maybe we could check this by the MBTI classification. We could check our hypothesis by asking  Gaia members to mention their MBTI on their profile page (some already do). Of course this supposes that the MBtypology can indicate HSprofiling. Anyone has a clue on this?

I am guessing from google.  Is MBTI a coined word for
the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®?
Pick a category with the assigned initialed labels?
N/S = intuitive/sensing (what_could_be vs what_is)
T/F = thinking/feeling
P/J = perceiving/judging
I/E = Introvert/Extravert
NFP - Advocates/Disciples
NFJ - Mentors
SFJ - Conservators
STJ - Monitors
NTP - Engineers
NTJ - Organizers
SFP - Players
STP - Operators
Their Jung-based career test

Just curious so readers and users understand this methodology and can better get into communication.

Well, ~kes, speaking about myself: my first 2 characteritics are I and N ..I've done the test by the link in your comment (have also done a test at work 5 years ago, and it gave the same dominance).
Who's next? :-)

~KES,

You're a jewel let's do a MMPI®/MMPI®-2 self_discovery scavenger hunt.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Remember that test that was going around last year on the blogs? Something Siona had posted in the Q&R group. The BBC Thinker Quiz

It painted a nice graphic with what type of personality you had. It's driving  me bananas….Can't find it.. Ooops, here it is..
