Welcome here, Doug. As our group description says :"All group cultivators, moderators and other enthusiastic community advocates are encouraged to join this “Request-in” group."

Maybe you can help by joining The Mod Pool [Please see Volunteering and Room Guidelines] ?
~KES has started posting some guides for moderation [ Mod Training for Gaia] that could help, in this case.

Oh my, I was thinking I must be the only one here who hasn't started a Pod on Gaia! Wazup wit dat Doug! Lol!
Well actually I enjoy the freedom to participate in many knowing full well I can't be present in any one consistently. So the word that came to mind when I read about this pod was community, so I Googled it and found this:

Another phrase I have heard often since being a member of the Gaia community is intentional community.

So where an I going with this?
Not a clue!
But I will note that there is something significant in our desire to make a connection here and it's pretty intentional and it's pretty open. Seems to me that the only qualification to being a member of this community is the desire to be a part of it. That works for me!
