Help please

My profile page layout appears all weired when I open using IE7, although it looks okay when I open it using FF3.0

This has happened suddenly about 10 mins back, before which it was okay.

Ok, now the problem seems sorted… the profile page opens normally in the IE7 browser. Wonder what went wrong.

With the changes made recently by Gaia,  it appears you have to download the new Foxfire. The new Gaia won't work with Explorer -

Always open Gaia in Foxfire browser.  I just wrote a big thing on what I had to do on the Support forum.  Maybe it will answer some of your issues.  Good Luck!

How about a big HELP in the left column

Please make a big click on thing that says or NEED HELP?or FAQand put it in the left column?

I fumbled around trying to find the HELP forums.It was very confusing.
I could not tell anyone right now how to find the support or FAQ

My GAWD mimi, the hoops you jumped through !! I am awed at your persistence and devotion !!! And I am puzzled because the new stuff seems to be working just fine in IE7 for me….

There is a “Help” link at the bottom of the Me links column, but I checked and there is not one on the Gaia column, so I am strongly urging the Team to include one there as well. But it could be LARGE, that would be nice !!!!!

As far as I know the Help link goes to a page that explains Support, FAQ and Thinktank options pretty clearly. Is that not so?

This is a really important matter. People need very clear and very available info about getting HELP.

So thanks for sharing your experiences and your wonderful suggestion. Hope the Team acts soon to add the Help link to the Gaia column !!!
