Hi Elke,

I'm not sure if we can help.  We're sending out the notifications.  So, somehow your e-mail service provider is blocking our messages.  Check your spam settings to make sure you're not filtering out our messages, and if you're not, you may need to talk to someone who works for your e-mail client.  Make sure they know not to block our messages.  This happened once before with Comcast and Yahoo, and it took some time to get them to allow our mail through.
