I'm using Windows Internet Explorer 7 and I think the version number is 7.0.6001.18000 - I sincerely hope that I've given you the information you need to remedy this hiccup!

OK, thanks for the version number Rose.  Yes, that is what I was looking for.  Can you tell me happens when you try to change your status?  Does it just not save?  Are you able to type it in at all?
