I have/had a utube vid that reads “deleted due to violation of terms of use.”  Huh?  I thought utube stuff was in the public domain.  Any thoughts?  Where can I find the terms of use so I can educate myself a bit?

Hello Phil,

Could you let us know which video you are refering to? Could you give us the URL? It is probably the Youtube video, itself, that has been removed from Youtube and is thus not available anymore.

In my blog: Ram Dass Fierce grace   I tried to pull up a URL/ with no success.  I did scoot over to utube and found 39 clips of ram dass but not the one in my blog.  perhaps you are right, utube may have deleted it for some reason.  Gaia didn't send me a spank-me notice about it.  ????  But then I've been gone for quite some time too.  Oh well, as long as I'm not due to face the firing squad over it, I'll just let it go.

Hi Phil,

Sounds like the issue was on youtubes end, not ours.  But let us know if you find odd behavior again.  And if you can link us to where the issue is happening, we can investigate further, too.

I double clicked on the link you had posted Phil and got this response at
the youtube site…

This video has been removed due to terms of use violation.


However I seached youtube for Fierce Grace and there are numerous other video links available from the film, so it was just that particular upload they deleted.
