Hi Rosina,

It looks like you haven't logged into your goodnews profile in about 600 days. Try logging into it using goodnews in place of the e-mail address on the login screen. Use whatever password you believe you were using. If you make it in successfully, you should be able to manage the e-mail address from the "settings" link for that account. Please let me know if you have an trouble or questions with this!

Can't update 2nd Profile

I have 2 profiles - one for me (educatedguess) and one for my radio show (goodnews!).

(Maybe therein lies the problem - I probably used to have a different login email for each. Now they are the same).

Problem: I can update my original profile (educatedguess) but there's not even an "Update" button available for goodnews!

Help!

This is the second time I have had this problem. It won't allow me to post my videos. It started the last time I tried to post one, which was a month or so ago...I have never had a problem before then. I have Safari with my MacBook...

Sort of. They have to have the gv privacy set up so you can see it first. If they do, then yes you can post even if not friends. Hers is set up so only friends can see it.

Okay, I installed a newer version of Flashplayer. Now the Stand By Me embedded link works for me in Firefox. Yippeee!!

Edit: Nope. That didn't work.

The above link doesn't work for me in Firefox 3.5. or in Safari.

Testing embedded link in Firefox 3.5...

New version of Stand By Me with more musicians in more countries.

When I click on the link, a box appears, asking what Firefox should do with this SWF file. The default is set to Real Player... but that doesn't work for me. I get an error message for vimeo links...

Sorry Matthew! This must be very tedious for you. But can you help me find the right setting?

Edit: Nope. Same thing as before. There is a link embedded, but it doesn't work. When asked to remove the link to embed it again, that doesn't work either.

Oh I see what you're saying now. The second line. I'm on a Macbook Pro, with firefox 3.5 I think you need to upgrade to version 3.5 Is that possible?

Matthew, I can't get the embedded link to work on my Mac in either, Firefox or Safari.

You must be on a PC, I presume.
