Help! Matthew you know that I am NOT a tech person...ok I know I don't have to write that every time I have a glitch.

Here is the issue: I cannot delete goals from my profile page as I think that was disabled when we went to Gaia.

Not a big deal...

Now I cannot update my profile page without something disappearing. Not in the sections designated for certain things but in the space between location and those designated areas...I have some quotes posted there and in the past that has worked. I have tried recently to add 3 quotes and when I click on update the quotes are still visible just as I posted them but when I click done they are gone.

I just tried to add to a quote I already had posted with a link to the person I was quoting and the entire name disappeared even though it was there before I tried to link to it.

I do not have any of the other stuff on my profile page i.e. music, widgets, etc because I am oblivious as to how to do that...Meenakshi tried, bless her, but it flew over my head.

Ok, one other thing...the counter is not working again...and that is not a big deal because I will post what I feel compelled to post even if no one shows up to read it, but I get sometimes more comments either on the blog or privately than I do hits.

Sort of. They have to have the gv privacy set up so you can see it first. If they do, then yes you can post even if not friends. Hers is set up so only friends can see it.

Hi Mikey. Looks like you still need to add her as a gaia friend. Right now her only friend is the Team.

Hello Gaia support, I have met a new friend on Gaia, and she doesn't appear to have a GV. I want to welcome her to Gaia and would like to advise her how this feature works_ All help appreciated, thanks, The new member is Jodi

~Mathew, I've tried it again and again and this just keeps giving me a 'sorry' message.

In the My Groups view it shows a new post and if I click on the green arrow I get that Sorry message.

I can't stand it any more [she said melo-dramatically] --I'm telling on you!

Sandy, at the moment I am on an IE machine, and I can't see where in Tools you found that option. Is it in the Advanced section under Internet Options? I doubt this computer is running IE8 so a choice might not appear here....

yes Matthew- although all my other sites had automatically
up-dated to IE8 -as I discovered, not for our Gaia -it had to
be done manually...
