Gaia+ & Pro Questiones..

Hi there,

I've been looking long & hard for a specific Gaia+ & Pro pod/threat/place for help. I spose & hope this is the place? ..so, please & thank you, I need some help with a bunch of Q's :-D

1. this may have been me signing up in the wrong spot, but I actually just wanted Gaia+
at the mo & a week or so after my signup, the pro button popped up on my profile, joining the
plus that was already there, so..
a)  How do I convert  back to Gaia+ only if I decide to do that?
b)  Do I need to terminate my current signup & start again with a Gaia+ account?

2. before the pro button popped up, I still had the option of shifting back to my Zpro page.
That has gone.. sob sob, I like to keep that option as My Zpro community is pt on a stand by, that is untill it vanished.
a)  How to contact members etc etc..? 
b)  Will I still have that option being a Gaia+ only, or is that dream gone forever?
3)  Is it possible to have it all? as in a Gaia+, G- & Zpro page along with the standard profile? or am I getting lost in wishful thinkin..tsk tsk..

4. As of now, I have no options whatsoever for changing my settings.. When the 'change to Zpro'  vanished, nothing came along as replacement.
a)  Where do I find the 'change to Gpro'?

5. I've tried several times to set up  my mail & done any pos combo I could think of when writing my URL.. & nothing works.
a)  How do I get a gaia@?
b)  What is my correct URL?
c)  & or is it cuz I already have an @  & i just don't know where to go look see (o.o)?

6. My resonance engine seems to be out of order.  I don't see the people & find buttons on the menu.. I've set up my intention & saved several times & nada pops up..
a) what to do?

Summa summarum, nothing much seems to be working for me here & may not have been since my sign up the 16th of May. I wouldn't know, havent' had time to check it out, (apart from noticing that I no longer can shift back to Zpro, when I wanted to mail my sleeping members:-)
 
I mainly signed up for Gaia+ at this point  to kill that right in da face jumping up & down bunny.
That part works & I am very HAPPY about that :-D..  Not 15 dollaros a mth kinda happy, but happy nonetheless.. My order no is V1001459 & now I think I like my fringe benefits too ;-)

Hi Tara!

First off, I am happy to answer your questions.  In the future, you can post Gaia Pro questions and what not to this Gaia Pro pod.  Sorry it was so hard to find!

1.  Hang tight.  I'm in touch with our billing people- we are going to refund Pro, and sign you up for plus.  I will message you if we need you to take any action on your end.

2.  As of last Friday, all zPro pages were disabled.  We sent out a couple of messages leading up to it, I hope  you got those ok!  If not, let me know if I can help with anything.  Not really a way to contact all of your members, even with the zpro tool enabled…  If you had a newsletter, I can get you the list of subscribers.

3.  Yes, you can be a plus member AND a pro member for sure!  You can also be an ambassador and get a badge for that as well. ;)

4.  Anyone who had a zPro account will not default to their profile.

5.  Your @gaia email comes with your plus subscription.  You can access it by clicking the little envelope icon towards the top of the page- right to the left of the 'seeds sown' counter.

6.  This could be related to your plus subscription being out of order.  If we restore the plus account, and the resonance engine still doesn't work, reply to this thread and let us know, please. :)

2. No, I didn't get any messages.. pos cuz my Zpro is on standby pt?
3. Yes, I'm contemplating supporting gaia as a amb for sure.. alas, the responsibility! &
the lack of hrs.. can we do 48 hr dayz pleez?
4. hmm.. must have been due to my Zpro being turned off at the mo

6. Yes, I will & thank you mostest.. I guess the restoring is on pt, cuz I got adds now :-)

HI Dave,

While you are here with Tara, I have a ? regarding mail at gaia.com.

I signed onto Gaia+ a couple of weeks back and still can't access signing up
for my gaia.com mail account.

Everytime I try to sign up, I choose a password, Click to go and
get the OOPS message.

any ideas?

couldn't get access.. so what is my URL & my password if not a glitch cuz I use

As I understand you, I got the pro automatically because I was a Zpro before?
Is that what you mean by saying that the Zpro accounts didn't default to profile page?

If it so that my Zpro is gone forever be, then I will like to continue with the Gpro status,
as I have the option of setting up shop again.. thank you.

Right now, my pro status is on but the gaia+ has gone.  When I get back on gaia+,
please check for me that it is all working, the resonance wroom wroom & my mail
acoount & please let me know what is going down, before I start throwing my gum
at the jumping bunny :-)

I am sorry I am lost.  Is the gPro the same as zPro?  I know zPro is gone.  If they are the same how can i get gPro?  I like the added functionality of zPro before.  Please explain.  thank you.

Ok, what's up with my gaia+ subscription?

sadly, patience is not a virtue of mine & the jumping up & down bunny type of adds
are not only a severe distress to my sense of aesthetics but slowing my gaiagrid
journey down as well as I'm back to the sit of getting too many visits from the oops
demon & getting thrown offgrid.

In other words: me no like!  please inform me what is a happening.

Can I cancel my already excisting subscription order no  V1001459  &
go sign up for gaia+ again? would that work?

Cool!  firefox version 2.0.0.14  I'm on macs panther & tiger..
both kittens purring impeccably & all other apllications are
on latest updates as well.. & I just did a reload of the latest
java update.. now running much smoother so maybe the
slow ride was caused by java not being in proper order..

Will it be easier/faster if I go sign up for gaia+ again?

Well no, Dave said on sunday that you gais would restore it cuz it was out of order,
hence my waiting position for response as it hasn't yet. I haven't been wanting to
go & sign up again in case it would cause more mayhem.. You'll see that in reading
further up the thread..

Dave  linked to the gaia pro pod to commence the talk, alas it is a link to a pic of his..
& I have been hoping to hear back from him…please check with Dave what's going
down before I sign up again. I like to be sure this is the way to go & do..

If this was just recently, it may have been due to a deploy we just pushed.  Otherwise, please list your browser with version number and the URL of the group/pod.

Something weird has happened Matthew!
As you suggested -I did decide to stay with the Mod Pod -
and  posted on it yesterday.
But as soon as I did -the pod disappeared from My Groups??

Have I been “ditched” -or what could have happened?

Perhaps you clicking in helped -and I had sent a plea to Meenakshi's
Grapevine as well.

Whatever was blocking the pod from my listings has now gone -
so I am happy and will “drop on over” to the pod now!
