Great idea, Laurie! Here's a recent info of her on amnesty US. When one looks in google for “Aung San Suu Kyi” you find many pages with pictures of her which may ease focussing on her well-being. I have attached 2 here.

Martin - I agree that having a photograph of the object of your focus [person, place or thing] enhances the flow of heart-based intentions.

Hello Laurie, this GCI lock-in session (2009 July 15 8pm PDT = July 16 5am CEST) I started with focus on children on our globe. But then the question crossed my mind how Aung San Suu Kyi might be. I checked back to your thread here and looked at the 2 pictures above.
It was just that moment when my running emWave PC jumped from coherence ratio green to red.
Did you have a similar occurence when you change focus from one subject to another person who might not be doing well just in the moment?
Could you verify if this was in fact the case?
Means that our heart is capable to lock-in someones current state with no time delay & recognizes this persons state (how she/he feels) it is focusing on?
Just look at the screenshot below: This happened at just before 6:30 min:sec during the emWave session:
The sudden depression of the heart beat per minute signal (green line in upper part of window). This was the moment when I looked at Aung San's pictures.
After a while - 1 minute or so - I obviously managed sending her good wishes & the coherence ratio went up to green again. You can see the smoother shape of the heart beat up & down trace (not so irregular anymore).

Here you can read about her health state mentioned in May 2009. It mentions dehydration and low blood pressure she suffered from at that time. She may be worse now.
Do you think of her regularly?
During which day time?
Did you find s.o. else who might be interested in focussing on her well being?
We could find a time window trying to join forces.

When I do distance work for specific people (individuals), I always try to have a photograph.  For me - it makes the heart focus so much easier.  When I change my focus from one person to another there is typically a change from coherence to red.  What I can not verify for you is the actual cause.  Is it because I am tuning into their personal energy signature and feeling their pain?  Or, is it because I am moving from one subject to the next … and the change in color is just my emotions way of 'clearing the deck' (so to speak) … getting ready to start with a 'clean slate' for the new person.

Your question, “Do you think of her regularly? During which day time?”  Yes. I have a long list of people who I focus on with heart-based intent.  I divide it in two and do half in the morning (I'm up at about 4:30) and the other half in the evening (typically about 9pm).  I am in Central Time.  Aung San is in my evening group (but that can certainly be switched).

Laurie, so I understand when you “switch” to another person you intend to focus the coherence level goes down until you're kind of “tuned in” again - is this correct? I understand the picture of “cleaning the deck” ;-)
I often get up at 04:30 also, but it takes me ~30minutes to really wake up. So 5am is the earliest time I achieve focussing on our globe or people.
Your central time zone - that's CDT, Chicago, Illinois? Which is UTC - 5 hours.  CEST = central european summer time is UTC + 2. so we have 7 hours difference. Found by timeanddate.com ;-)

When I get out of bed at 4:30 in the morning, I have already been laying there awake for a bit saying my 'gratefuls.'  I like to say 'thank you' for things prior to my feet hitting the ground.  It sets a beautiful tone for the entire day.  

Seven hours difference.  It's 9:10pm here and I'm getting ready to go to bed on Thursday evening.  It's a bit after 4 in the morning where you are.  You're getting ready to wake up on Friday morning.

Good morning Laurie. This time our focus times might have achieved an overlap. As your time 04:30am CDT is 11:30am CEST I had enough time for getting up, doing some yoga exercises. Then I used the GCI lock-in room to look for the city Yangon where Suu Kyi is imprisoned. I used the pictures above & found some other very nice ones of her:
On ”Imagine Peace”* - what a very good title for a website ;-). Well - it gives us an answer to the questions I posted to you yesterday.
Another depiction of her when she was younger is here. My session seemed to work quite well for my circumstances (level 2).
The GCI lock-in room showed 4 participants at that time - 1 at the east coast (was that you?, 1 at the west coast, me in Europe & one on New Zealand, (northern isle).

I do believe our times overlapped this morning.  However, instead of using the lock-in room this morning, I took my emWave outside and did my heart-based intention work while watching the sun rise.  I was actually up and outside before the birds started chirping.  It was a beautiful sunrise.  It was a beautiful session.

That's best & one of our most ancient experiences: Watching the sunrise outside within nature & listening to the silence. In our appartment I can sit on our balcony at least - watching the green trees and listen to the birds & voices of children & people.

Hi Laurie, I do my best to join your 9pm CDT session (4am CEST tomorrow). Today I received a message from amn. int. usa:
“Aung San Suu Kyi's two decade struggle enters crucial phase. Closing arguments were heard today in the trial of Nobel Peace laureate and pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi, marking a transition into a crucial phase of her court case and her 20-year non-violent struggle … ”
I added a foto I found which stems from around June '09 - her anniversary time. She looks pretty tired there.
By the way - my latest survey request came July 23rd, afternoon.

Hey Laurie, that's great to know - thanks so much! I just had printed out a paper with a little collection of fotos depicting some people I intend to focus on. And Suu Kyi definitely is one I looked at several times today.
I wish so much that she can feel a hand helping her up and someone who lights a golden light within her again & again!

Martin - I find it much easier to practice heart-based intent for someone when I can picture what they look like.  It somehow completes the connection.  Depending on the weather, I typically watch the sun rise as I'm holding Light (heart-based intent) for various people – many times with the assistance of photographs. 

And I know that you're on the other side of the world at nearly the same time, doing the same thing.

Yes, Laurie, you're right. I'm carrying around some little fotos of people I intend to send healing wishes with me during the day. Here's one I found via the LINK you posted above. Suu Kyi looks energetic & gives a good aim for us how we wish her being again.

Hi Laurie - I just “ran into” a wonder- & joyful session: I had Suu Kyi's foto (above) on the screen among a few others. Her arcane smile on the foto above helped me imagining kind of a miraculous connection between us & her. I'm using this music clip** as a “warm-up” - it's fun and creates the feeling & imagination of being connected to the others (true for me at least ;-)

Martin - I will follow your link in just a minute - thank you!  I wanted to reply back right away while you still might be on-line and tell you this.  One of my Gaian friends uses a wonderful term in place of 'healing wishes' like we use.  And I wanted to share it with you.  She says that she sends ”Restorative Blessings.”  Isn't that a lovely way to phrase it?

Thanks, Laurie, one must read those news completely to understand that she does not have to do work in a labor camp (would have been her end in this plane of reality).

Today morning (~5am cest) I picked the picture of here as above and I could imagine her smiling a little bit more - so I hoped she personally would be treated according to her dignity. This seems to be the case …

Hi Laurie, having followed your LINK I found a more recent picture of her. I guess when we think of her we could include imagining that her blood pressure stays o.k. & she doesn't suffer from dehydration - that was mentioned in an amnesty article May 2009.

I answered my next GCI survey this very early morning (01:30CEST a.m.) and having visited the GCI lock-in room I found the new GCI heart focus:
People in Taiwan & China (coast area?) severely affected by a Typhoon which caused far too much rain and flooding, mudslides.
The GCI team asks us imagining that the rescue teams are successful in the most possible way & rescue as many as possible people there.

The GCI surveys seem to be coming more frequently.  On average, I am receiving, completing and submitting about three of them per week.
