Bodymind, Spirit & Heart Food

Jaguar Peaceful Warrior said Jun 11, 2006, 6:08 PM:

I am sharing my favorite Wiccan Food Blessing.

Oh Mother Earth, we thank you so,

For the food and beverage you bestow.

For your protection and your love,

And everything you do for us.

We offer you thanks, love and mirth,

As we eat your bounty, Mother Earth.

What The Bleep Do We Know?

WATER CRYSTALS

Mozart Symphony

Water

The Earth is largely made up of it.
As are we

And yet about it we know significantly little.

Until the groundbreaking work of a pioneer Japanese researcher whose astonishing discovery about water, documented photographically, changed most of what we didn't knowand led to a new consciousness of Earth's most precious resource.

Dr. Masaru Emoto was born in Japan and is a graduate of the Yokohama Municipal University and the Open International University as a Doctor of Alternative Medicine. His photographs were first featured in his self-published books Messages from Water 1 and 2. The Hidden Messages in Water was first published in Japan, with over 400,000 copies sold internationally.

You Make Me Sick

What has put Dr. Emoto at the forefront of the study of water is his proof that thoughts and feelings affect physical reality. By producing different focused intentions through written and spoken words and music and literally presenting it to the same water samples, the water appears to “change its expression”.

Love and Gratitude

Essentially, Dr. Emoto captured water's 'expressions.' He developed a technique using a very powerful microscope in a very cold room along with high-speed photography, to photograph newly formed crystals of frozen water samples. Not all water samples crystallize however. Water samples from extremely polluted rivers directly seem to express the 'state' the water is in.

Dr. Masaru Emoto

Dr. Masaru Emoto discovered that crystals formed in frozen water reveal changes when specific, concentrated thoughts are directed toward them. He found that water from clear springs and water that has been exposed to loving words shows brilliant, complex, and colorful snowflake patterns. In contrast, polluted water, or water exposed to negative thoughts, forms incomplete, asymmetrical patterns with dull colors.

Lakota Prayer

Wakan Tanka, Great Mystery,
teach me how to trust
my heart,
my mind,
my intuition,
my inner knowing,
the senses of my body,
the blessings of my spirit.
Teach me to trust these things
so that I may enter my Sacred Space
and love beyond my fear,
and thus Walk in Balance
with the passing of each glorious Sun.

According to the Native People, the Sacred Space
is the space between exhalation and inhalation.
To Walk in Balance is to have Heaven (spirituality)
and Earth (physicality) in Harmony.

On my latest trip my daughter and I stopped in Mendocino to enjoy the village, it's beauty and it's artists.

We were drawn to Wisdom House. There we met a true goddess, Reverend Shiloh Sophie McCloud. Rev. Shiloh, is a wondrous local artist, whose goddess work is inspirational and uplifting.

My daughter and I walked away with a fistful of prints of her paintings, and smiling hearts. This goddess is wise and intuitive and shared  wisdom and love with us.

I invite you to visit this special goddess at her  web site at colorofwoman.com.

I love participating in Tantric pujas. It is such a beautiful way to connect with a circle of open hearted beings.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of being in such an awesome puja. I am still floating in bliss. I was a large circle, lots of loving energy.

Anyone interested in LA or San Diego, let me know and I will head you in the right direction.

Sweet compassionate sister,

your card is HUMILITY

EARTH is to empty

That which is full.

And fill that which

Is empty. True

HUMILITY brings

Great fortune.   aho

Spirit asked me to go to my Magic Unicorn cards and pick from these also, for you, Sweet goddess.

Ahhhhh, such a beautiful pic of a unicorn dancing towards the stars.

Wish Upon A Star

Make a wish and expect the very best!

Beautiful, yes?

I believe I have found a place in this world where I can really work at being blissful transformation of our global village - here in zaadz. What a wondrous place to find loving caring like beings, working towards light and love with their every breath.

Brian has created a powerful, magical weapon to save this planet - a gathering place of people who are love.

That is why I want everyone to be part of my project in Jaguar Tree, enrolling folks in zaadz.

Divine Goddesses,

I am wrapping my gossamer wings around you all in my way of being…..bliss filled, and transformational.

I am such an Earth goddess. I love being out in the bush (as we say in Oz) and living Earth, hand in hand with Mother Nature. I have some friends who have never seen me truly, only the part they wish to be with….the high heeled, coiffed, dressy goddess. Yet that is such a tiny part of who I am.

I loved what I read here on Dr. Weil's web site.

2006-08-06 from Dr. Weil.

Gardening is a great way to connect with the earth, reduce stress, increase creativity and promote relaxation. Three good reasons you should get down and dirty in a garden:

  1. Gardening is therapeutic. There is even an emerging medical art known as horticultural therapy. People with all types of health conditions, schoolchildren, even prison inmates, are encouraged to learn about new plants and envision creative ways to arrange them in the ground as a way to provide a sense of accomplishment and improve self-image.
  2. Gardening is spiritual. Aside from delighting your senses with color, texture and scents, gardening enables you to connect with nature. Digging your hands through the soil and handling delicate plants can feed the soul.
  3. Gardening is exercise. Gardening is a low-impact activity that improves flexibility through bending and stretching, and has been shown to lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels. However, don't let it replace your walking regime or other regular aerobic exercise - do both, for maximum benefits.
Blessed be my Beloveds

Moon Mother

In the cimmerian sky you rise,
a milky globe silently swimming
in transcendent darkness.

I lift up my children to you,
Mother of stars;
show them doors to discovery,
show them secrets of birth,
show them secrets of death,
show them your secrets…

Show them that the journey to happiness
begins within them.

I give you their minds
to sprinkle in the starlight,
to sail the sky on moonbeams,

I give you their bodies
returning in the last breath of each day,
to the cradle of dreams.

This poem was sent to me by a thoughtful zaadz friend of mine. You might have already seen it on zaadz. It is quite beautiful…enough to pass it onto those YOU love. Aho. Namaste.

Her hair was up in a pony tail,

her favorite dress tied with a bow.

Today was Daddy's Day at school,

and she couldn't wait to go.

But her mommy tried to tell her,

that she probably should stay home.

Why the kids might not understand,

if she went to school alone.

But she was not afraid; she knew just what to say.

What to tell her

classmates of why he wasn't there today.

But still her mother worried,

for her to face this day alone.

And that was why once again,

she tried to keep her daughter home.

But the little girl went to school

eager to tell them all.

About a dad she never sees;

a dad who never calls.

There were daddies along the wall in back, for everyone to meet.

Children squirming impatiently,

anxious in their seats

One by one the teacher called a student from the class.

To introduce

their daddy, as seconds slowly passed.

At last the teacher called her name,

every child turned to stare.

Each of them was searching,

for a man who wasn't there.

“Where's her daddy at?”

she heard a boy call out.

“She probably doesn't have one,”

another student dared to shout.

And from somewhere near the back,

she heard a daddy say,

“Looks like another deadbeat dad,

too busy to waste his day.”

The words did not offend her,

as she smiled up at her Mom.

And looked back at her teacher,

who told her to go on.

And with hands behind her back,

slowly she began to speak.

And out from the mouth of a child,

came words incredibly unique.

“My Daddy couldn't be here,

because he lives so far away.

But I know he wishes he could be,

since this is such a special day.

And though you cannot meet him,

I wanted you to know.

All about my daddy,

and how much he loves me so.

He loved to tell me stories

he taught me to ride my bike.

He surprised me with pink roses,

and taught me to fly a kite.

We used to share fudge sundaes,

and ice cream in a cone.

And though you cannot see him.

I'm not standing here alone.

“Cause my daddy's always with me,

even though we are apart

I know because he told me,

he'll forever be in my heart”

With that, her little hand reached up,

and lay across her chest.

Feeling her own heartbeat,

beneath her favorite dress.

And from somewhere here in the crowd of dads,

her mother stood in tears.

Proudly watching her daughter,

who was wise beyond her years.

For she stood up for the love

of a man not in her life.

Doing what was best for her,

doing what was right.

And when she dropped her hand back down,

staring straight into the crowd.

She finished with a voice so soft,

but its message clear and loud.

“I love my daddy very much,

he's my shining star.

And if he could, he'd be here,

but heaven's just too far

You see he was a firefighter

and died just this past year

When airplanes hit the towers

and taught Americans to fear.

But sometimes when I close my eyes,

it's like he never went away.”

And then she closed her eyes,

and she saw him there that day.

And to her mothers amazement,

she witnessed with surprise

A room full of daddies and children,

all starting to close their eyes.

Who knows what they saw before them,

who knows what they felt inside.

Perhaps for merely a second,

they saw him at her side.

“I know you're with me Daddy,”

to the silence she called out.

And what happened next made believers,

of those once filled with doubt.

Not one in that room could explain it,

for each of their eyes had been closed.

But there on the desk beside her,

was a fragrant long-stemmed pink rose.

And a child was blessed, if only for a moment,

by the love of her shining star.

And given the gift of believing,

that heaven is never too far.

They say it takes a minute to find a special

person, an hour to appreciate them,

a day to love them, but then an entire

life to forget them.

It is realy amazing to know the tree chart it is point to point accurate Obviously in my case as my D.O.B. IS 12-DEC, I found it perfect. UNBELIEVABLE as even u haven`t measured the distance how far we are ? BUT AMAZING CALCULATIONS I WOULD LOVE TO SAY,

Rajeev Kalia.

Pe1

From the day we arrive on the planet
And, blinking, step into the sun
There's more to see than can ever be seen
More to do than can ever be done
There's far too much to take in here
More to find than can ever be found
But the sun rolling high
Through the sapphire sky
Keeps great and small on the endless round
It's the Circle of Life
And it moves us all
Through despair and hope
Through faith and love
Till we find our place
On the path unwinding
In the Circle
The Circle of Life
It's The Circle of Life
And it moves us all
Through despair and hope
Through faith and love
Till we find our place
On the path unwinding
In the Circle
The Circle of Life
