The Gratitude Chain

My hope for this place is that it will present the opportunity for each person interested to share a written expression of gratitude during the course of each day.

My vision is that in this space, we will embrace the positives and the gifts that touch us daily, as we acknowledge them in the presence of others who

Gratefulness: the first thing in the morning and never letting go

Artemisilke said Jan 30, 8:17 AM:

-Hi,

my name is Silke. I’ve been grateful for a long time:

when I moved to Cuernavaca, Mex, I was blessed to live in a house with
a big garden. I would open the doors wide open every morning, run out barefooted and kiss the grass in gratitude.

I also spend a lot of time in my hammock saying thank you to the nature.

After 3 years, one day I woke up, and in the garden were a perfect circle of 12 mushrooms. Magic - mmhm.

Now, after having learned about the name “gratefulness” it comes to me all day long.

I think, if we live being grateful first thing in the morning, and
never letting go of it, our whole energy - and, because of
interconnectedness - the energy of the planet changes for good.

I am grateful sharing with all of you this gratefulness space.

Namasté

I am… I am so grateful for so much. I am grateful that I have my health, as does most of my family and friends. I am grateful for my gorgeous children. I am grateful for the love that surrounds me, that I am able to draw from and return to others. I am grateful that I am able to fellowship with such awesome people, and be uplifted. I am grateful for this life, this time here, for all the lessons learned, and the beauty seen. Goodness, is there anything not to be grateful for? I see gratefulness in the messy toys I have to pick up, for it means my children have more than just their basic needs being met. I am grateful for dirty dishes, for it means my family is well fed. I am grateful for loud bird noises, for it means I am blessed enough to have pets, and to joy in their antics. I am grateful for pain, it reminds me I am alive indeed. So….in all things, be grateful, and you will find you have more to be grateful for than you ever imagined!!!
