dear all,
well, I knew I would end up here one of these days.   Was it the cold and dark November morning which drove me? no.  It was simply those words, “Tears of Plenty” and I came running.

Thank you 'life' for giving me the time and patience to finally listen to the sounds of my own heart, to weep in the beauty of things, to know and feel the pain of someone passing away, until I can melt no more, and for the joy of being able to share an artless love in those places where it takes root.  May pain and fear and anger continue to teach me well amidst a multitude of blessings.
Above all, I am grateful for my continuing and passionate love affair with “Music”.

Yesterday, as I was leaving the nursing home where I visit an elderly lady friend, I caught a part of the evening news.  It is in reflection of this that I write the following:

Today I am grateful for the tears wept by the man who sat at the press conference over the death of Robert Enke, a 32 year old goalkeeper on Germany's national soccer team. 
I also see that Albert has addressed this shocking and sad news.  
I shall read what are his thoughts also.  
My prayers go out to the grieving.

The early morning darkness has already gone and made way for the light. I am sitting here listening to the music from, Secret Garden.  Any parents I had are gone.  Must I weep again for their passing.  To set acrimony aside is way long overdue.  I am grateful for a new day and the chance to say, “I'm sorry we did not understand one another better.” Let us try to be friends.
