Hello, very grateful to be beginning another work week peacefully.

i am grateful for the way things are, to have enough, to recognize when i've had enough, for healthy boundaries and to recognize responsibility for my own choices and actions.  i am grateful to think carefully before acting  and to be able to reflect at past choice with confidence and a smile.  i am grateful to recognize valuable lessons learned when the choices didn't work out so well, and to be able to use what i've learned to move forward, feel stronger and go on.

i am grateful for the journey.  i am grateful to never feel bored.  i am grateful for new experiences each and every day.

wow, when i miss a few days around here, there is so much gratitude built up, it kind of just keeps coming……………….

i am grateful for this funny, rewarding and sometimes challenging place, i call life………..
