If there is more evidence to support an alternative theory (to the official one) on the events of 9/11, what level of significance does that have for the state of our nation? And as a follow up question, what is the significance of many Americans refusing to look at the evidence supporting the alternative theory in the first place?

The evidence I speak of is presented expertly by David Ray Griffin in his books on 9/11, as well as in documentaries like "9/11 Press for Truth" (which can be viewed on my blog).
