So when did you go to the next level

pianoguy said Jul 18, 2008, 12:25 PM:

I'm curious when you went to the next level from the initial one?    I've been doing it almost 4 months now and while I can see a lot of change, I still don't feel like I've gotten everything out of this first level.  Of course I know Bill Harris says the 4 months is an average that people feel ready to move to the next level with some being longer than that.  And I'm aware of the things that he says that signify you're ready to move on.

However, I'd love to know when you switched and what things sort of led you to that conclusion.

Don

I know of one person who has never stopped using the first CD - and she's been using it for over four years.  But I think that's an exception. ;)

I switched up at about six months - partly because it took longer than expected to get the next level in the mail - but I was still getting stuff happening with it at least that long - looking back, I probably should have stuck with it even longer, but I was rar'in' to move forward!

Today, having moved on into the Purifcation levels, I seem to get a sense of when it no longer feels strong, only a few energy surges, and I'm wide awake and somewhat impatiently waiting for it to end during Immersion.  I give myself about a week at that stage, miss a day or two, and go back to see if it does anything.  If it doesn't do anything for me, I move up to the next CD (I do this for each CD during a level as well).  Normally I take about two weeks to a month longer than the minimum times laid out in the info-booklets that come with subsequent levels.  I tend to live in overwhelm most of the time, so I pretty much just watch to see if it's the CD causing it or something else happening.  As the levels have progressed, though, I've found I've become a much more mellow person - something the world probably appreciates even more than I do.

I think Centerpointes recommendations are pretty solid guidelines to follow - they work for me.

Good Luck!!!

Thanks.  Appreciate hearing from someone and hopefully others will share their experiences as well.

Hi Don,

I will be moving on to the Flowering level 1 and I still pretty much go by the recommended Holosync guidelines.  I been following different forums for quite a while and know that  each individual is different  and the guidelines help “normalize” the move to the next level.

In general for me …:
   1) At least 4 months, maybe longer now as I don't pay attention to the exact day I might be able to move to the next level.  As a fyi, I used to track the end date and see if the other criteria were sufficient to move on::))
  2) If I feel any anxiety that can't be clearly explained, I wait.  If I feel anxiety that can be explained but lasts for longer then I think is reasonable (usually a couple of hours) then again I'll wait.
  3) The usual, I can listen to the dive and immersion fully awake and cannot feel any brain sensations.
  4) just go by gut instinct and “feel” if it's time

I've been very lucky and don't have much overwhelm.  I ground myself with exercise.  I juice fruits and vegetables (but I still need to give up the junk food:( ) I witness whenever I feel something is effecting me.  I practice patience, but still have a ways to go:), read books that remind me to stay on track, …  sort of took a tangent, lol.

Have a great one and let your intellect and intuition guide you,

  Larry
