Benefits of Holosync

Lynn said Aug 10, 2008, 5:34 PM:

I am curious what specific changes and benefits people are finding with Holosync.

I have been doing it about 3 months now, fairly regularly, with occasional periods of rebellion, or just being somewhere that I don't seem to have the time.  I have ordered the next levels, but havent' gotten around to recording affirmations or anything.  I wonder when you really “know” you're ready to move on - I'm noticing people saying things like - I wasn't getting as much benefit  ,and I want to know what you mean.

I have not noticed anything dramatic. What I have noticed are lots of small things.  I'm not losing things as much. I seem to be more mindful. I think I'm a better driver. I am less anxious. (First, I became aware of my anxiety, which I wasn't before.) I'm a musician, and when playing in ensemble, I seem to be able to keep focused better on where the repeats are in the music, or how something should be played that has been requested by the conductor.  I generally feel less “foggy” (and as a 50 something woman,  that is GREAT!)
I'm not searching for words and names as often or for as long.  Even silly things like I seem to see the words more readily in word games.

In fact, although I hadn't realized or accepted the fact that I was having some lapses that people joke about due to aging, I now realize that I feel “sharper” - and more like I did 10 years ago.  So, maybe, in fact these are dramatic changes.

Looking forward to hearing from people

Hi Lynn:

Just wanted to welcome you here (unless I missed that somewhere), and also to let you know that what you've written about regarding improvements pretty much summed it up for me, too, when I first started, and I've got about 10 years on you age-wise.  So I'd say you're doing pretty good with it.  I'm closing in on my fourth year of using holosync, and the changes in my life from using it, and other programs recommended by Bill, have been continually wonderful and profound.

Regards recording your affirmations, if you've received the email from CRI about recording them, please note that they WILL record them WITHOUT your affirmations (if you wanted them on your CD's) if you wait too long to contact them about putting them on.  You might want to check on that.  If you allow it to go through without the affirmations, then it will cost you extra to get them put on subsequent levels.  Just a heads-up on that…..

Be well!

Gem

Hi Lynn,

I have only been using holosync a little over a month and I have already noticed the same changes you are talking about which I agree is great I am skirting 60 (my next birthday) I had one WOW (not a good wow, but not bad) experience. I was driving on the interstate. I was tired and couldn't keep my eyes open. there was a blue car on the right side just about my rear bumper.  I couldn't open my eyes. I put on my blinker, but when I tried to see to move over my eyes wouldn't open. In my vision/experience I yelled at myself to open my eyes. I had to force them open…boy was I relieved to see I was still in my sunroom. :)
I don't want any more experiences like that, It seeded so real my heart was pounding. I took several deep breaths and tried to focus on the cause of the event. I had been thinking about driving to church the minute I finished the meditation and wait perion and about an upcoming trip to visit my mother. I have to pull over at the rest stop when I make this trip alone because the driving makes me tired. I figure that is what spurred the experience.
I read Bill's book. He said not all people experience these types of experiences so I never expected to have one. It was a shock when I did.

Lots of small changes eventually equal the big ones.  The best part is the small changes usually don't hurt so much.  In my opinion that's what is good about HS, slow, small, incremental changes.

Enjoy, Enjoy, Enjoy  the moment,
