I sat cross legged (I am not flexible enough for the lotus or even half lotus position) my posture became poor, like someone leaning into a strong wind. I started by observing my breath, but quickly was distracted by thoughts of the future and past. I was more successful in being witness to these thoughts than in the past and did not become irritated, however I don't consider this to be due to the program. Simply I know more about meditation now. |

Gemstar, you are a Gem. Thanks so much for posting about the MP3s. I had copied the CDs to my Ipod, because I missed the memo about this from Centerpointe. My poor old Ipod almost choked on the huge file., but I did go back and re-copy off the CD in a larger format. Didn't know about the lossiness of MP3s and 4s, but it all makes sense now. I too find the reclining position works best for me. I can meditate for 15 or 20 minutes sitting up, but a full hour is a bit much for me.
