Step inside and make yourself at home. This place is for every Zaadzster (Gaia member…) using Holosync {http://www.centerpointe.com}, or anybody wanting to find out more about this tool for transformation.
If you’re new here we would like you to introduce yourself on our “Introduce Yourself” Board {…pods.gaia.com/holosync/discussions/board/4631}.
In this pod you can:
*...(more) Share your own experiences (everything from wonderful results to painful resistance)
* Get support from other Holosync users;
* Discuss the actual sound technology (binaural beats) or what headphones to use;
* Talk about different levels and whether silent affirmations a.k.a. Autofonix make a difference for you;
* Share other products that you feel complement Holosync in a nice way;
* Talk about anything remotely connected to Holosync.
Feel free to start a thread about a subject that interests you!

I have been using the Dive track for 2 weeks now which if you take the instructions that come with it at face value means it is time to add the Immersion, but another way of looking at it is 2 weeks = 14 days and I missed 4 sessions for a variety of reasons.
I will probably call the helpline to get the centerpointe line, but as I live in Ireland and the time difference means I can't call until late afternoon I thought I would if anyone else has considered this. Am I just being too literal or is there a benefit in getting 14 Dives in before moving on?
IMHO, go for it. If afterwords you feel any serious upheaval then wait some time before moving on. Some people can go directly into the drive/immersion on the first day (shhh, don't tell anybody) and others may not be able to just use the dive everyday for who knows how long. Given you only missed 4 days, take the dive into immersion::))
