Thanks for answering folks you are all great.
as usual I think I have not made myself at all clear.
I do understand that people have different subjective experiences of how the cds affect them but this is not what I am getting at here so please let me try to explain a bit better if I can
The CDS are all different so that you can progress as you go up the different levels yes, each level is stronger than the other, and apparently it is purposely designed that way in that the binaural beats are of a different tone, yes?
It is important because I am told that there are side effects for everybody who uses Holosync and that it would be unpleasant and harmful to rush into the stronger beats too soon.
therefore somebody at Holosync knows the exact relative strengths of the different tones of the binaural beats used on each CD
and someone at Holosync has done the research on this and has has decided that this beat has a stronger effect than that one, and then carefully aligned them so that users can go up gradually from the weakest to the strongest levels.
this is apparently purely objective and carefully decided according to scientific research, Therfore in the plannint this is not at all subjective to the individual listener, whos subjective experiences I am told is not in the least bit important, and certainly would not be the same for me.
Plus I think that these incidental cds are probably of different strengths also, and somewhere, somebody knows what their designed strengths are, both in relation to each other and in relation to the dive and immersion.
However, if for istance the “change made easy” CD were of a stronger level of binaural beat than “Immersion”, then whyever would there be such a big fuss that you can only use immersion after 14 days of the dive and also only after the dive, and you should only use it a maximum of once a day- when there are apparently no such restrictions on “change made easy” or “super longevity” or “oasis” or “Quietude” which I understand you can use as often as you fancy using.
so what I am trying to find out, is what the scientific and factual information is about the different strengths of the binaural beats in all of these different CDs this so I can plan a programme for myself and use the stronger ones less and the weaker ones more, and thus build up far more gradually,
sorry to be so persistent but I am struggling to communicate here and to try and find out where I could get such information since Holosync are so far still not forthcoming; I cant afford to do this purely by trial and error it could cause brain damage if I get it wrong.
thanks for reading and for bearing with me
