Hello, first post.

Ive been holosyncing for about a year and I love it, I can feel a lot of the benefits from it like more peaceful and more aware but lately Ive been having a really hard time with resistance. I feel like I have hit a HUGE brick wall and I dont know how to get passed this. I do releasing techniques like the sedona method and EFT but I feel like I need more help. I would appreciate any suggestions or support that I can get!

Hi, Lisa. I'm a year behind you, so I don't think I could give you an intelligent answer, but I did want to welcome you to the board.

Off the top of my head, though, I would recommend writing down your dreams every morning, and seeing if you get some guidance there. Much information is given to us while we sleep, whether we remember or not.

Hi Lisa:

Welcome to the Holosync Pod.

Perhaps you could define what you see as resistance or what you are sensing that seems like a brick wall.  Those things do mean different things to different people, but perhaps one of our group could be helpful if we had a bit more info on your situation.

Great that you do have some resources with which to work, and I'd suggest, regards the Sedona Method, to just keep working with it, as it sometimes takes a while to dislodge stuck material, but well worth the efforts.

So looking forward to see more posts from you here.

Cheers!

Ive been having dreams about guilt lately, and ones where I am running for my life and not one of those dreams where you are trying so hard to run but you arent getting anywhere (I used to have those alot before holosyncing) In this dream I am actually running hard then and I wake up breathing hard and tired.

When I am awake the resistance is just an overall feeling of… I really dont wanna do that, reminds me of when I was a child and I didnt want to clean my room or something. That same feeling. But I get it toward things I know will be good for me or that I know will help me get through this or things that could help me improve my life situation. I also get it towards all the things I dont want to do like going to work at a job Im unhappy with but I am also stuck in fear and I am afraid to change my situation because I dont want to fail.

Hi Lisa:

Something you might want to try regarding the running dream, is just as you are falling asleep, remind yourself several times that if you start running hard, because it is just a dream, that you can be safe if you just turn around and face whatever it is you are running from.  It may take a few times, but if you are persistent, at least you'll know what is making you run - you'll probably wake up right after that anyways.

Guilt - this is something we are programmed with in our childhood and sometimes further along as well - some of it stems from wanting to please people - some of it is installed as programs to keep us “in line” as children.  Sometimes it is just to keep us “safe”, and because this was how the sub-conscious kept us “safe”, it's still continuing the program.  If you can identify these types of situations in your life, this is one area that you can “release” on with Sedona.

The same thing goes for procrastination, and it's interesting that you relate this to the “child” part of you.  Sometimes that “child” part is still functioning.  Children can be reasoned with, provided that sometimes you need to satisfy the “what's in it for me” question.  I'd suggest making a list of the things that are, or are not, getting done, and actually write down the pro's and con's of what value you derive from doing or not doing them.  Having a reward planned, and then actually acted upon, once you've taken action (or not) that you wanted in your life will anchor the good feelings you get from moving forward.  So that helps make it easier to move forward more often.  Bingo!  Resistance dissolves!

Fear of failure is generally also tied to past programming, or feelings that were hurt when you may have been unsuccessful in the past.  Quoting Tony Robbins “The future does NOT equal the past”.  There is really no failure - only experiments that need to be tweaked in how you do things, so that you get better results next time.  Of course, if you keep on doing the same things, you will more than likely keep getting the same results.  So, for the job, could you find anything about it that makes you happy (even the fact that you are getting money), and focus on the “being happy” part - and invite something better into your life, making sure you move as far away as possible from any feelings of fear that may emerge.  Basically, you tend to get what you focus on - so if you're focusing on the fear - that's what you get.

Hope some of this helps - keep us posted.

Blessings,
Gem
