The Ultramind Solution

On the redesigned home page there is something called the Ultramind Solution by Dr Mark Hyman. According to my answers to his questions I have a broken brain! Ouch.

Does anyone have any experience of him and/or the program?

Hi Davybouy,

I am a huge devotee of Dr. Hyman.  A friend gave me UltraMetabolism when I was struggling with a health issue that mainstream med docs were of no help to me.

I read the book and found a functional medicine doc in my area and I now would never go to any other type of doctor.

I have not yet read Ultramind as I think it includes much of what is in Ultrametabolism but is directed at a different group. I will read it eventually.

I am a wellness coach and recommend him and his books to my clients regularly.
