Thanks for sharing your initial experience with Holosync.

At the risk of sounding boring, I recommend that you follow Centerpointe's guidelines. They really know what they are talking about. If you try to skip ahead, you'll only cheat yourself of the growth that's available to you by entraining your brain step by step.

Holosync is not really about the temporary states experiences (even though those can be nice, and sometimes spiritual), it is about your longterm growth.

I hope that helps,

Pelle
welcome Holosync. http://Murti.gaia.com Murti tag:gaia.com,2009:Gaia-504946 Sat, 28 Nov 2009 17:40:15 GMT http://groups.gaia.com/holosync/conversations/view/504946
Hi everyone!
I'm new to this website. I'm glad I fount it, love the philosophy here.

I introduce myself, I'm a 26 years old man, finish 1st grade university 2 years ago, and I've traveled quite a lot in Asia last year. Now I work full time, and I try to enjoy life as much as possible. I'm a french canadian, so excuse my english, its far from perfect.

I'm a very calm and peaceful person, open minded, I try to make this world a better place for everyone as much as I can. A few years ago, when I was still studying, I had a quiet job, in a park, and I was enjoying myself doing meditation. My lifestyle was peaceful, and once, after lot of effort clearing my mind for several months, I experienced trance. I only reached that mind state twice. Then I never had the time / lifestyle to really empty my mind and do good meditation until a few days ago, when I found Holosync.

I listened to The Dive, followed by Immersion right away.
Really it was a fantastic experience, I felt that some pre trance sensation (probably distinc for myself) and then completely disconnected for a good 20 minutes. (fall asleep?)

I did not follow the guide lines from holosync. I know they are being very careful on how they introduce their product to people, but I felt, maybe I have a little step ahead most people regarding meditation. So I didn't want to stop after The Dive since I enjoyed it so much.

The day after I did the same thing, and the 3rd day, I stayed awake the whole hour.

Now I wanted to go right away on Level 1, but I have that feeling you guys will tell me to calm down and follow instructions...

since i'm totally new to this, would you explain me those "level" implications, what is it exactly? how can you know you are ready for another level? whats the difference between the levels?

I would really appreciate if someone could talk to me about it or link me a thread

I'm totally excited about this holosync BWE. I think I can actually feel some kind of positive changes, and I welcome it.

have a great day everyone, and I guess I'll be around to share with you :)

thanks everyone for making this community work.
Re: Peer Reviewed Research for BWE http://pelle.gaia.com Pelle tag:gaia.com,2009:Gaia-504738 Sat, 28 Nov 2009 01:09:52 GMT http://groups.gaia.com/holosync/conversations/view/483933#504738
Thanks Chris!

Here a correctly formated link.
Re: get rid of holosync http://Aperson.gaia.com Aperson tag:gaia.com,2009:Gaia-498515 Tue, 10 Nov 2009 18:54:33 GMT http://groups.gaia.com/holosync/conversations/view/418321#498515
Hello Gem

Your logic may be somewhat skewed here:

"Just because something started while you were listening to Holosync doesn't necessarily mean that it is related to Holosync, and I think the proof that it isn't related is in the fact that after six months of NOT using Holosync, it's continuing."

If something were to 'start' happening when someone was listening to Holosync, then I would say that there is a 90% probability of it being somehow linked to using the Holosync. In other words, a very high probability.

After six months, or even the rest of your life, the effects of you once using Holosync could still be continuing. That is what Holosync "promise" – that's the attraction: Holosync makes 'permanent' changes by building new neural pathways.

Stephen
Re: Peer Reviewed Research for BWE http://kurisuveltman.gaia.com Kurisu tag:gaia.com,2009:Gaia-498093 Mon, 09 Nov 2009 18:38:17 GMT http://groups.gaia.com/holosync/conversations/view/483933#498093
Hi Corina,
I found the article called "A Comprehensive Review of the Psychological Effects of Brainwave Entrainment.pdf". So if the CD player hasn't got enough UMMPH to properly handle the upgraded ear-phones, you're going to get sound distortion. The only thing Holosync sounds better on, than on my JVC boombox, is when I plug the ear-phones directly into my mid-line home entertainment system. I'd say that tells a tale in itself.
Re: Technical Difficulties? http://Excelsiors.gaia.com Larry tag:gaia.com,2009:Gaia-481466 Fri, 18 Sep 2009 16:51:14 GMT http://groups.gaia.com/holosync/conversations/view/472461#481466
I emailed Centerpointe about this issue with the CD player.
