Hi Deborah,

Welcome to the Holosync pod, feel free to share your experiences and also ask as many questions as you want.

Taking it to bed is better then not listening at all and I think as Gem stated, just make sure follow the guidelines before moving on.

Have a great one,

  Larry

      Hello Deborah:

And welcome to the Holosync Pod! I am very happy that you accepted the invite.

I here you on the scheduling thing - even with no one around, I sometimes find the only time I get make is after the news at night. Toward the end of your four months, when you think that you've got all you can out of the Awakening Prologue level, be sure to read over the booklet sent with it, to make sure you can cover the points before moving forward. The one I'm particularly thinking of is being able to stay awake for most of the session.

I sort of have to question using it in the bathtub, though. But my remarks to you on that would probably be too personal for this space, so I will PM you with the info.

We are looking forward to hearing more from your experiences as you continue with the program.

Cheers!
Gem ~~^v^~~

I'm still new to Holosync (I started in July) but I think I like it. My first session did cause some throbbing in my brain, like there was more than the usual blood flow. I called the hot line and was reassured it was normal. After that my brain got used to it, I guess.

So, I'm just doing the process of sticking it out 4 mos before moving on to the next level. In my household, the best time is in the bath in the evening after no one else needs the bathroom. There isn't much privacy in my home and with a home based business and 2 small kids, an hour is a big luxury. sometimes, the only choice I have to stay with the program is to take it to bed with me. I know that's not optimal and I find I miss out on the "stuff" that might surface while I'm alert and awake.

I followed the Bill Harris interviews after the Oprah/Eckhart Tolle class and got alot out of them. I listened to a CD of Bill at a retreat. I find him pretty clear thinking about spiritually oriented issues for the most part.

Thanks to Gemstar/Sheila for inviting me. I'm glad to have interactions with other Holosync users. I found one other over at the Boundless Living Challenge I am part of at the moment.

Deborah
