Hi Sean,

Welcome to Gaia and Holsync, I totally recommend keeping a journal especially over blogging about it which is what I started doing. I found I started to think too much about what I would post during the sessions and my monkey mind is active enough without consciously adding things into the mix.

Best wishes,

Davybuoy

      Hello Everyone,
I have been using Holosync for 4 day's now, and so far so good. I have been meditating for about 6 months now and it has changed my life. I went through the Self Awareness Institute and learned so much under Steven Sadleir. I was very hesitant at first on buying Holosync, I just happen to stumble across it when I was using My-space, they had an ad for The Masters of the Secret class Bill Harris had. I then did some research on the product and found that people love it, and have seen some really great benefits. I lurked on the forums for a while reading what people had said, this is where you get your real info on any product. I never trust what the makers of the product say, only what the customers say, if they like it then I will buy it. I have noticed so far that it does put me in a deeper meditation state so far, and I feel more relaxed. I can't wait to see the full benefits of it in the next couple of weeks; I am starting to record in a journal what my experience is. I usually meditate for 30 minutes without Holosync then I have been using the dive for 30 minutes then I will move to the Dive + Immersion for the full hour. I will probably do Holosync in the morning for the full hour then my regular meditation at night for 30 minutes. Well this is my story I hope to get to know people on this site, I am glad I found it......
