Hi ElizaDay:

And Welcome to the Holosync Group!

I doubt very much that this has anything to do with Holosync. It would be premature for Holosync to be having any kind of physical effects, if ever at all, especially that would be as you've described.

I'd suggest you find a doctor or holistic medical person to check out your symptoms and perhaps prescribe something - I'm not a doctor, but I've been around the bend a few times, and this sounds like an upper respiratory infection taking hold. It would have been co-incidental to starting the Holosync, but that's not something Holosync does to people.

Since you're probably uncomfortable trying to breath and sit quietly in this condition, why don't you set aside the Holosync for a few weeks, get yourself healthy again, and then restart with the Dive alone for at least another week before starting to add in Immersion.

Please do check back with us as you progress - I'm sure this is just a minor bump in the road and you'll find Holosync much more pleasant once you're able to enjoy it.

Be Well!!

Gem

      Hi everyone.

I am new to Holosync and new to this forum (thanks for having me). I started Awakening Prologue about two weeks ago and almost immediately I noticed I had sinus problems which eventually spread to my chest. The congestion increased to the point that I've been taking primatene mist and allergy pills in order to breathe. There is also a strange pain on my tongue towards the back of my throat.

At first I thought it was just circumstance but I'm wondering if it's tied into Holosync. These symptoms started immediately after my first episode listening to The Dive and have increased over the last couple of weeks. At times it's worse than others. Has anybody ever heard of this? If this is a possibility, I imagine it will pass. Any idea how long these physical symptoms hang around? (If it's indeed related to Holosync).

Thanks!
