Has anyone here tried the Paraliminals? They use Holosync binaurals for alpha-theta entrainment with a dual-induction suggestion script based on NLP (or so I understand). Not really my thing, but I am curious if other people here have found them useful. |

I've used a few paraliminals but not extensively. I can't say I was bowled over by any great effects, but then I didn't really persevere. One day I'll give them another go. Maybe. |

I ordered the Ideal Weight paraliminal because of a special offer that came through Centerpointe. Since I seem to have a lifelong challenge in that regard, it was the only one I could see myself using. I do have difficulty adjusting to Paul Scheele's voice. I guess its a personal resonance thing but I usually get past it after I dive down into the guided meditation and then feel it all over again as I come back up. |

I emailed Learning Stategies about the research backing paraliminals. This is the link they sent me: |
