Holosync acting as a catalyst to bring forth congestion?Rai said Feb 12, 2008, 11:57 AM: |

I did 2 back to back days of Immersion x2 and the third day I felt some feeling in my solar plexus springing forth. Alot of congestion, feels like a cold, I wanted to throw up but couldn't. Today it is up to my throat area and am feeling better. |

Yeah, I've felt similar tendencies to what you describe, but I tend to back off in those situations since I've had enough health challenges as it is in the past few years… I guess you either back off, or else do intensive yoga or exercise to help get the energy circulated and released. Pelle

Yes, I've had something like that occur as well. Happens when I increase the volume of the tones, which is similar to listening to holosync (tm) back to back sessions. I just lower the binaural tone volume for a couple of days and things settle out. |

I'm having serious congestion problems. The day I started Awakening Prologue, I began having sinus problems which escalated to asthma. I am on primatene mist and clariton D and smell like Vick's Vapor Rub. I am assuming it's the Holosync since it happened the same day I started and I've read about physical symptoms accompanying new listeners. Anybody have an idea how long these symptoms linger? I imagine they will pass eventually. I don't want to stop listening. I have had some interesting sessions since beginning and I'd like to continue to progress on that level. I'm afraid stopping it because of the breathing issue will only prevent something that inevitably needs to come out. Thanks. |
