I'm probably not one with this, but since I began using Holosync I've never been able to listen the cd everyday as instructed. I've heard some of you talking about that it is good to take a rest once in a while. Sometimes i'm concerned whether im a reaping the full benefits from the program by dropping in and out, sometimes off for 2 weeks and then listening regularly for 2 weeks for example. And now I've been on AL1 for one year I think and i'm not yet sure when I should switch to the next one. I havent had any major upheavals for a while and sometimes I feel strong effects from the cd and sometimes I dont. |

From my understanding of how Holosync works, and from my own experience now of three and a half years, I think it is more a cumulative result, rather than just how long, or overlong, one stays at one level. Within a range of a few weeks to a month, if one listens to a particular CD (in the AL1 to AL4 series) for an accumulation of six weeks, regardless that it might have taken 10 or 12 weeks to accumulate that much listening time, the results should pretty much be the same. I know of one person who has been on AL1 for several years - she just doesn't seem to be able to finish it. Which is fine! Everyone has different ways of handling this stimulus. Since you are still very young, there is no race to get to the finish line, either. |

Thank you for that Gem, it was really helpful. It's usually the schedule which takes most of the time, but I try to listen at least then when I go to bed. I guess there some urge in me to quicken the process and reach the imagined finish point where everything is supposed to be perfect. |
