Hi meera, Gem has already given good advice. I too would suggest slowing down if you get too much resistance. Simply doing the Dive only, will push you a whole lot less, but will let you keep the daily habit of meditating with Holosync. Something that can work for me is to take a brisk walk, or any other form of exercise, to get the energy flowing. Then, do some light stretching. That can release a lot of tension and resistance on a purely physical level. Trying to witness doesn't always work when we're stressed out, and then it can be better to do something very concrete and physical. BTW, welcome to the pod! Pelle

Hi Pele, Thank you for the helpful suggestions. I'm really in no rush. I just wasn't sure if it was ok to go back to just doing the Dive if I've already been doing the Immersion for a few weeks, especially after being recommended to follow the program as prescribed. |
