You've raised some interesting questions.
Having read Bill Harris' ”Threshold's of the Mind”, specifically around the nature of hormones that are released during the use of Holosync, it would probably be unwise for people younger than perhaps 18 (and maybe even older in some instances) to be using this, while at the same time their bodies are under such a heavy load of hormonal change. In other words, it would probably be prudent for their hormonal stew to have settled down a bit, before using it. What I do think would be good, though, if there wasn't so much resistance to it by parents, is for these children to learn how to use traditional meditation as a means of helping them through the upheavals they go through at this stage of life.
Something else also occurred to me in reading the book, and that is that these “tweens and teens” are still under the greater influence of their parents and teachers, many of whom are masters at guilt-tripping or similar types of coercion to maintain discipline in their charges. So exposing them to Holosync while they are still needing to deal with these people directly in their lives, might actually be more detrimental than helpful at that stage in their lives, because it leaves open the chance that the programming by these overseers may actually be dumped even deeper into their psychic layers than without Holosync being used. Young children tend to spend much of their time in a form of hypnotic trance (alpha level), and even teens seem to easily fall into that scope of suggestibility - which, with the use of Holosync, would be even deeper. So, in the end, I think it is better for children to grow up, and then start using Holosync around age 20.
This is where the other part of your interesting questions comes into play. At age 20, people are either entering into the work-force or immersing themselves into higher learning in preparation for a career or profession. It is at this same time, though, that the brain is starting to reach it's natural maximum potential under the normal stimuli received from everyday living. So introducing Holosync at this point would be beneficial on two counts. The first of these is to extend that natural learning curve, while secondly helping to release any of the negative programming received in childhood, and assist with the depression that so many young people experience, provided that there is also the assistance of trained individuals to help them sort out what may come up. We would then produce a well-balanced adult before they became entrenched in their life's work and also before they begin imposing the same garbage guilt, etc. with which they had been raised on their offspring. That is the Utopian view of this; however, the reality is that it probably will only happen for such a few, but they will be the lucky few, I believe.
On to the boardroom, business and government: As a rule, governments generally prefer to keep their charges like mushrooms - kept in the dark and fed BS - so it is unlikely that Holosync would ever be used there. However, regarding business and the boardroom, I am aware of several major business leaders, and leaders in other capacities that fully endorse and use Holosync themselves, and introduce it regularly to their following. Among these are John Assaraf and James Arthur Ray. Paul Scheele of Learning Strategies Corporation is another person, along a slightly different curve, who actively promotes Holosync, by using it in his Paraliminal and other course CD's. There is a whole network of “higher consciousness” business people out there, who have banded together, with Bill Harris being amongst the leaders of them, so it is likely that many of these also use the program or components of it in their personal, and possibly, professional lives.
Well, that's about the extent of my knowledge for input here. I'm currently just starting Purification 2 as I approach my 60th birthday, and the new lease it has given me on life, with use over the past 3.5 or so years, is simply amazing - I am blown away by what the potential is for me when I've finished the program at age about 70. Hey, it's NEVER too late to get started!
