I started using Holosync pretty regularly in early May, and I'm noticing my focus is better. It has to be, because out of the blue, my 21 year old son had a severe manic episode with psychosis and has now been diagnosed as Bi-polar. |

Hi Lynn, I'm really sorry to hear about your son. But I think you're right that Holosync could help him. Him using Holosync would be a balancing act though. Long-term it would raise his threshold in the brain and make him more resilient against manic or depressive episodes. But as you write, if he pushes himself too much, a new manic episode could be triggered. If he does want to try Holosync, he should start using it very carefully. I'd say that doing half an hour every second day would be plenty. If he's stable using it that often he can start increasing his exposure, but only very slowly. I'm not a psychiatrist but I'm an M.D., and I did 3+ years in psychiatry before I quit my career as a doctor. So my advice is based on my background, combined with my knowledge of Holosync. Also, your son shouldn't start using Holosync too soon. Only after he's completely stable in his disease, possibly with the help of medication, would it be appropriate to slowly start using Holosync in the way I suggest. If he notices any early signs of a manic or depressive episode, he should immediately take a break from Holosync, until everything feels stable again. We've had at least one member in this pod/forum who's bipolar and has used Holosync with great benefit, so hopefully someone with personal experience will post here too. Pelle

This is a copy of a post I made in another forum about Holosync in response to a person who didn’t use Holosync and was slamming Bill Harris for making money and being a scammer so rather than edit it, I am posting it as is. It is relevant to this topic as will become obvious if you read it. I was diagnosed with “mixed feelings” bipolar in 2006 after being diagnosed in 1996 with chronic depression and generalized anxiety disorder and a couple of other mis-diagnoses. I was already in the latter portions of the Awakening levels at the time. I have been using Holosync since 2002. When I started out, I was on heavy medication, antidepressants, anti-anxiety meds, etc. I was even diagnosed as bipolar at one time and took meds for that for over a year and a half. I am now using the Purification levels. I no longer take any medication. I have no more symptoms of bipolar period. And over the last 30 years have given many, many times the amount of money to doctors, hospitals and various therapies, etc that I have traded with Bill for the technology he offers. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Centerpointe’s Holosync and the education that I have received from Bill’s writings and the support I have received from his support staff via calls and emails have literally saved and transformed my life without question. Holosync and the listening to the CDs is not without cost. Obviously there is the monetary cost. But the other cost is the commitment to stick with it. Permanent, long lasting change rarely comes easily or without a price or sacrifice. I made a commitment to listen to the CDs. And I have done so daily for years now, even in the face of seemingly little progress at time and in the face of great overwhelm (which is simply my brain’s resistence to the changes being made) at times. If you are taking any psychiatric medications, I don’t recommend going off of them when you start Holosync. You will just naturally know when it is time to start weaning yourself off of them. It could take a few years of listening but without the Holosync, I would still be numb and dumb on the meds and I doubt I would be able to be doing the things that I do today and handle the stressors that I handle today without more meds and constant therapy. So to those who berate Bill for making money, I am sad for you. Just look at the fees doctors and pyschiatrists charge. And…what about the pharmaceutical industry? And how often does their service effect permanent lasting change without continued reliance on drugs, drugs, and more drugs. And more diagnosis. I was diagnosed and re-diagnosed for 15 years. The final diagnosis was “mixed feelings” bipolar. I could handle very little stress and had to go on disability for a while. I took the drugs but I continued with Holosync and finally due to a lay off from work and loosing my insurance, I could no long afford their expensive visits and drugs. Out of concern for myself, I let my friends know and asked them to help me monitor my behavior so that if they saw that I was behaving in ways that seemed out of the norm, if my attitude was deteriorating, or if I was becoming deeply depressed to let me know what they were observing. When I ran out of the last of my bipolar medication, I was nearing the end of the Awakening Levels. I have started the Purification levels now and it has been over a year since I have been off the meds and no symptoms. My ups and downs are normal and I am going through some of the most stressful times of my life. People are amazed at how I am handling my life. I even have a psychiatrist friend who says that he isn’t sure if he would be handling his life as well as I am mine in the face of what I am going through financially now and otherwise. That’s my story. Do with it what you will. But I decided to purchase the entire program a long time ago because after using it, I just knew intuitively that this was what I needed and I held the hope that someday, I would no longer need drugs to cope with life and that what I had been “diagnosed” with was just how my brain had created a way to survive in the world at a very early age. Changing that was the key. And that is what listening to Holosync has done for me. I will continue with the entire program. |

I want to clarify something that would not be clear if I were reading my post I think. When I received the bipolar diagnosis, that was when I was in the latter portions of the Awakening levels. |
