Before I knew about Holosync, I started with Kelly Howell's Brain Sync products. Kelly has been making Brain Wave therapy programs for 20 years. Here's the link to her website - http://www.brainsync.com/pilot.asp |

Gem, I did switch at least today, my Holosync to early morning. Did the Kelly Howell at bedtime. And I haven't mentioned this but do have a couple of Paul Scheele's because of an offer that came through Centerpointe. |

Ok, let me say a little more about what I am asking. I am looking at Kelly Howell's “The Secret Universal Mind Meditation CD.” Here's what the website says about it:
The Secret imparts the sacred truths spiritual masters have taught for millennia. The secret is real and powerful. It starts by changing your belief system, slowly, subtly and gently while you sleep. As you are lulled into blissful slumber, The Secret is whispered into your ears–first audibly, and then just below the level of consciousness. |

I don't know anything about that CD or that program in particular, so I can't say anything about its effectiveness. My take on the Secret (the movie), is that it overexaggerates what is possible through intention, to the extent that it does become magical and disconnected from reality. That is not to say that intention isn't important! I think a lot of people underestimate the importance of intention, and how your habitual thinking affects you. Having a strong clear intention about what you want to achieve, combined with taking action, are the two building blocks to reaching your goals, IMO. There can be lots of things that prevent us from focusing on what we want (as opposed to focusing on what we don't want…), and that prevent us from taking action. Usually shadow and past wounds can make us focus on what we don't want, and make us cling to old thought patterns about how we won't achieve what we want, etc. So Holosync can be a really good tool here since it tends to heal old wounds, and over time enables us to have a really clear intention that focuses on what we want, and not on what we don't want. So my best advice to you is to stick with Holosync, because it really does help. Personally I've found that doing therapy simultaneously (Gestalt therapy in my case), has been very beneficial. And if you feel drawn to the Brain Sync CD, then why not check it out? It may give you an extra boost in this area. Just make sure you stick with Holosync so that you get the long term structural changes in your brain. Pelle

I just went to http://www.amazon.com and found out that you can purchase Kelly Howell's Brain Sync CDs there for a lot less. The Universal Mind Medtiation is $14.95 from her site but at Amazon it it $10.17. So if you purchase at least $25 worth of stuff and use Super Saver Shipping, you save a few dollars and probably get your shipment faster. |

I did buy The Secret Universal Mind Meditation. I listened to it over 81 days. I can’t say that I have noticed anything in particular. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Have I given it long enough? How do I judge whether or not it is making a difference. I have nothing to with which to guage it. |
