Hello,

Best wishes to you all.  I've just started Holosync, and thought it would be a good idea to check in here. 

I've been on Gaia for about 3 years, and Holosync is new for me.  Perhaps a little scary.  I've “reprogrammed” myself with affirmations before with good success, and have meditated “some,” but not within any particular philosophy.  The marketing stuff re Holosync IS appealing, but one must take pause in messing with one's brain.  I look forward to finding out how you all are doing with it.

Holosync has been a godsend for me.  I use it almost every day.  I'm now on awakening level 2 I think… Not that it matters.
