i'd totally live in one of those!! that's just awesome! i always wanted a tree fort as a kid.. could you imagine a house as your treefort?! that would be the ultimate form of AWESOME!

really? when i was little, we used to make forts out of the ferns, because they were so tall to us, and so wide1 so they made good forts! and i used to like to crawl around in them. i did once at night, and i had cut open my knee, and i never even knew until i got back home and seen it! i didn't feel a thing!

oh wow! those forts sound delightful.

it's amazing how intense childhood experience is, that you were so immersed in whatever it was that you didn't notice you had cut your knee!

we also used to hide and jump into the big leaf piles, and climb up the sides of the cabin, on the wood that crossed at the ends!

yes, i remember in BC at eight making forts with pine tree branches, the memory just came back…

leaf piles, oh, perfect for jumping. childhood delights.

BC!! awesome! i'd love to see it there.. i've seen some on the tv, but i'm sure that it is way cooler in person!

i remember this one time out WAY in the boondocks, i was on this beach with my mom and her then boyfriend, and my brother and sister, and i picked up this big rock, threw it, and it landed square on the guy's dog's HEAD!! and i didn't really realize what i did.. i think the dog was ok.. i felt bad for awhile after that.. still feel bad sometimes! i mean.. that rock was huge!!

not sure what reminded me of that..!

memories are so random sometimes! that happens to me too, I remember something and don't know why.

not much in the Vancouver area, on the plains in the southern part, but always on the mountains throughout, great skiing there!

i've never gone skiing.. i like to sled though! sledding is great!

been jumping off the top bunk.. have improved my technique so that it does not hurt so much, because this carpet is pathetic! the linoleum or whatever is underneath this carpet HURTS! so if you slam down, it radiates up your bones! but i got this little move i discovered, and it does not hurt upon landing :)
