Group Purpose: This Group is meant to support moderators as we develop our own Groups into thriving,vibrant, spaces. We'll share tips, techniques, issues and ideas related to and the care and feeding of our Groups, including conflict meditation with and between members of the groups we moderate.

This Group also helps us to work together with moderators of similar or complementary groups, be it collaborating on topics or merging Groups in order to bring together people with similar interests.

Finally,the Mod Pod is a place in which we can contribute ideas that may have emerged separately in multiple Groups, letting us take the pulse of the dreams and desires of the broader Gaia community, which will, in turn,help us to be better moderators.
