How to Post journal/blog entry at other sites

Hello,

I'm really new here so I'm not sure I can do what I'm thinking of.

I just wrote an entry in my blog/journal thingy.  I would like to post it, or at least link to it at my other blogs/social networking sites.  I thought that if people would read my entry, they would come to Gaia.  They may be interested in joining and then your community grows and my friend list grows.  This seems like a really nice way to network.

But I can't figure out how I would like to the entry.  Do I just link to my profile?

For example, to facebook that I wrote an entry here, how would I do it?

Thank you very much for your help.  I've asked one other question here in the forums and I got the nicest answers back.

So I just went to your profile page and clicked on “blog” from the left hand panel, then with my mouse copied the blog title. Now I can paste it here:

Since it's already there with your profile, if you copy it like I did, you could email the link to your friends, or put it up on your facebook.

Hey Mudge,

Once the link is “live” on the page, you can change the letters to your heart's content, as long as you are working with the live bits.

It's late at night, so I have no idea if I am making sense. Feel free to ask again if I am not.
