How To: Set the privacy level of blog posts

Siona said May 19, 1:02 PM:

When creating or editing a blog entry, you can set the privacy level (or access level) by:

– Clicking access in the Properties section (when you create a blog entry, you'll see this on the right-hand side of your screen)

– Selecting the desired access level: Public, Friends Only, Private

Public - the entry is visible to everyone, including non-Gaia Community members.

Friends Only - the entry is only visible to your friends (contacts) within the Gaia Community.

Private - the entry is only visible to you (the author of the blog)

– When you post your entry, the privacy level will be saved.

Note: You can also use Private in the same way you might  'save a draft' of your post. That is, if you're halfway through an entry, or want to come back to it later, you can save it as Private so that only you can see it. Later, when you return to finish the post, you can make it publicly viewable.
