Group Purpose: This Group ismeant to support moderators as we develop our own Groups into thriving,vibrant, spaces. We'll share tips, techniques, issues and ideas relatedto and the care and feeding of our Groups, including conflictmeditation with and between members of the groups we moderate.

ThisGroup also helps us to work together with moderators of similar orcomplementary groups, be it collaborating on topics or merging Groupsin order to bring together people with similar interests.

Finally,the Mod Pod is a place in which we can contribute ideas that may have emerged separately in multiple Groups, letting us take the pulse of the dreams and desires of the broader Gaia community, which will, in turn, help us to be better moderators.
