How To: Report Spam Messages on Gaia

No matter how carefully we scour the community, there'll always be some spammer who'll sneak through the cracks. Luckily, it's easy to report these rascals.

1) Whenr you receive a message you suspect as spam (for instance, if someone is soliciting money or donations, or seems too pushy about gathering personal information) click on the Report Spam button at the top at the message.

2) A pop up window will appear, asking for a detailed description on why you think the message qualifies as spam. Please be as detailed as possible. The more details you provide the better the Team can screen the messages.

3) Click on the Submit Report  button. The message will disappear from your inbox and will then be reported for screening and deletion.
