NOTE: Below is the *old* procedure for Zaadz. For the updated procedure for Gaia Community, see HOW TO: Add Videos to Your Blog Posts instead.
NOTE: We're in the process of fine-tuning the video embedding feature. In the meantime, please follow the steps below. We'll update this HOWTO as we make the changes to the video embedding interface.
Here's how to add videos on your blog posts:
1) Click blog -> new entry
2) On the blog entry page, enter the title of the blog post, and start typing in your text.
3) You can insert the video anywhere on the post by positioning the cursor and clicking on insert/embed video button 
Pop up dialog screen appears. From here you have two options: enter/paste the link of the video, OR search for videos.
Option 1: Enter/paste the link of the video:
1) Enter or paste the link of the video.
Note: For now, supported videos are YouTube and Google videos. For example, you can paste the following link formats.
For YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8vbnLYROCj8
For Google: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-7170896438754497693
2) Click Next.
3) On the settings page, select the size, the alignment, and placement of the text.
4) Click Insert
5) Save your blog by clicking Post Entry.
Option 2: Search for videos:
1) Click on search
2) Select the site to search: Zaadz, YouTube, or Google Videos
NOTE: Zaadz videos are videos that have been posted by other Zaadzsters. These are videos from either YouTube or Google Videos that have been posted/embeded (not uploaded) by other Zaadzsters on their blogs.
3) Enter a search keywords then click Search
4) Click on the title of the selected video.
5) Select the size, the alignment, and placement of the text.
NOTE: You can preview the video by playing it within the pop up window.
6) Click Insert
7) Save your blog by clicking Post Entry.
To Edit the Video:
1) Edit the blog entry.
2) Select the video by clicking it.
3) Click on the insert/embed video button . This will bring up a pop up window where you can make the appropriate changes on the video alignment, size, and text placement.
4) Save your blog by clicking Post Entry.
There you go!
NOTE: To all Safari users, We know it's a bummer, but this feature is not yet supported on Safari browsers. For the time being this works best with Firefox and Internet Explorer.
