HOW TO: Report Spam Messages

NOTE: Below is the *old* procedure for Zaadz. For the updated procedure for Gaia Community, see HOW TO: Report Spam Messages to Gaia instead.

Got spam in your Zaadz mail box? Here's how to get rid of it and report those pesky spammers with just a click of a button.

1) Whenever you receive a message you suspect as spam click on the Report Spam button.

2) A pop up window will appear asking for a detailed description on why you think the message qualifies as a spam. Please be as detailed as possible. The more details you provide the better the Zaadz team can screen the messages.

3) Click on the submit report button. The message will then be reported for screening and deletion.

How do I report spam that isn't in my inbox (such as a blog post)  ?

Hi Mr. Ibis,

We don't yet have a way of reporting these through an automated system.  So, for now, you can just inform me or ~C, and we'll have a look at the situation.
