Well said Mellissa! A mindful leader is one who is honest, authentic and open…someone who sees the potential in another person or a group and with a willing compassionate heart of courage works on one's own self to be the change that person wants to catalyze and inspire for the higher common good of all.

Working with others takes a lot of patience, understanding and skillful communication. I have just begun to work with small groups in my community and discovering many things about group energy, style of communication, group attitude, drama and beliefs. It sure is much more challenging than working with one to one or few individuals. I am getting sick at times, yet that is the direction my spirit is nudging me into. A heart-centered leader needs to practice being an open unbiased listener and therefore a humble follower at least two third of the times. A great leader is able to trust and delegate and know when to step in and be tough and when to ask humbly for help.

May we all be a blessing to each other and co-mingle our energies for the greater peace and welfare of all beings.

In the spirit of joyful evolution
