Besides the nutrtionanl quality I found it interesting that the ILP kit mentions the subtle qualities. Was the food prepared with love? Grown with love? Slaughtered with love? |

I was gonna say bless your food, but this is pretty much what Eugene said. |

Which ILP kit do you refer to Eugene, do you mean that the model points to including those aspects (which of course it surely does) or is there a guidline in a kit i dont know about? ![]() |

Hmmm… yeah, that diagram is definitely a problem now. It's covering up subsequent posts, too. Any chance we can fix that? Or is it just me and my browser (Firefox on a Mac)? |

I guess it's not just me then. I don't remember, is it possible to edit your own posts? (It seems you can't but I can't keep track of all my various forums and blogs and stuff.) If not, maybe you could contact Arthur and ask him to do something (unless he's tracking this thread already…). |

I'm talking about the ILP kit I-I sells. It makes a suggestion to take these aspects into consideration but no guideline really. There's just too much variation for one person that means eating kosher, for another it might mean eating vegan. |

Absolutely. That person-centred approach, along with a healthy dose of balance and emphasis on enjoyment as well as 'right foods' (and and and…) is the only way to approach nutrition in a way that avoids unhealthy obsession and incorporates what is unique to each person. What i want to try and explore is the more universal elements that have been touched on in the above replies, the we, its and I quadrants, as well as the it. |
